In addition to filmmaking, we also make community maps using local handicrafts including weaving, embroidery and felting. If you are interested in finding out more about our work, please contact us for more information.

Film-making and crafting are used together or separately as complementary forms of community engagement and artistic expression. Community mapping with felt combines local women’s handicraft skills with image-making and community practice to produce beautiful representations of local heritage and identity.  As with our filmmaking, it is not just the final product but the activity itself that strengthens collaboration and offers a faciliative space for new ‘ground-up’ ideas and projects to develop.
